空气增压单元的应用介绍特点

空气增压单元的应用原理是利用大面积活塞的低气压来促进小面积活塞的高液压输出。它对增加每个设备的压力起到了很好的作用。空气增压单元用于需要增加原气压系统压力的工作环境。它可以将工作系统的空气压力提高2-5倍。只有工作系统中的压缩空气才需要用作气源。空气增压系统的工作介质可以是空气、氮气、氧气、氢气、甲烷、沼气、天然气和其他气体。气体输出压力可达90Mpa(900bar),广泛应用于电力、石化、冶金等行业。在操作过程中,增压泵快速往复运动。当输出压力接近设定压力值时,泵的往复速度减慢,直到停止。此时,泵输出压力恒定,能耗小,所有部件停止移动。
